This is my boyfriend, Max, & we have a long-distance relationship. We’ve known each other a little over five years now. He is by far the most beautiful, most perfect human-being I’ve ever met. He gives my life meaning. He is a blessing sent straight to me from God himself & I am absolutely thankful for him every single day of my life. Max has the kindest heart, and a beautiful mind & soul to match. He has a mesmerizing smile that gives me an enormous amount of butterflies every single time he flashes it my way. He gives me the world’s best kisses, and the world’s greatest, warmest embraces. I’m in love with him. I’ve been in love with him for a really long time now. Ever since he became my boyfriend, I find myself happy everyday. I’ve felt more alive than I ever have. He’s the reason for the smile that spreads across my face. He’s passionate, sweet, romantic, and absolutely corny which is completely perfect because he has a personality that matches mine. He’s everything that I would have ever wanted in a boyfriend. He’s absolute perfection in my eyes. He’s a wonderful partner, lover, and bestfriend. I can be my complete self around him which is the best feeling ever. We have a deep, unbreakable bond. We’ve been through a lot, and we’re stronger than ever. I want to spend the rest of my life with this man. One day, I’m going to marry him. I promised him this along with the promise ring I bought him and vice versa. I don’t get to see him much because there lays about one thousand two hundred miles in between us. I visit him during the summer, and he visits me for winter break. There are times when I need him so much. I miss his kisses, his skin, his embraces, and just him overall in between the six month gaps. It’s extremely difficult. I’m envious of the girls who get to see their boyfriends every weekend. They’re lucky for that, but then I remind myself that I’m even luckier because at the end of the day, I have the most amazing man by my side. His love and affection make the distance bearable, and every day spent him is the new best day of my life. I cherish every moment I have with him, and I will never take a single one of them for granted. Max, if you’re reading this, know that I am absolutely, madly, deeply, & irrationally in love with you.
