I was reading my friend’s tumblr, and she needs inspiration to write something about the love everyone speaks of. The love every hopes and dreams to have one day in the future. Everyone’s different, so everyone has their own definition of it. Now, I may not be very experienced with relationships, but I know what love feels like; even if this relationship hasn’t been very long. I just know it’s love. How? Because of the fact that I can spend a whole day with him, and still miss him five minutes after he leaves. Because I catch myself smiling whenever I’m texting him; whether all I’m saying is “okay” or “i love you”, there’s always a smile on my face because just the mere thought of talking to him makes me so happy. Because laying by his side has never felt so right. Because I can see myself being with him for the longest time. Something I’ve never seen with anybody else. Because I’m constantly reminded of him everywhere I look. Because I ask him to hug me as tight as he can, and he can hurt me so much on the outside, but it’s still the best feeling on the inside. Because I’ve never been so incredibly happy until now.

Love is magical, grand, exciting, painful, exhausting, but overall, amazing. Love is something you work at. Nothing comes easy, especially love.

Everyone deserves to experience love. It is probably the greatest gift life has to offer. Don’t let that chance slip when it comes.

My boyfriend does everything, and more for me. He’ll go the extra mile to make sure I’m happy. I’ll never understand how I met someone as great as him. He constantly reminds me that I deserve everything, and that he wants to get me all that I deserve. Little does he know, he’s given me everything I’ve wanted and hoped for in my 18 years of life. Love.
